3. Stem walls
After the footers are set, we need to construct a sturdy stem wall foundation to support the building. Those walls are now done and what you see here.
Then sand fill is now carefully leveled in the slab area, and the plumbers install the piping and necessary under-slab connections before the main concrete pour. That is our next step in this exciting process.
